sympleSEQ universal - panel mount pots/LEDs/switches?

Post by HowDoIKnow » Mon Jan 06, 2014 5:44 pm

Hi

A neewbie question here:

I have ordered the sympleSEQ universal PCB and was toying with the idea of panel mounting all the pots, switches and LEDs, which will then be connected to the board by flying wires into headers, which I will solder in the correct component locations. I'll mount the board on standoffs behind the panel.

Will this work OK?

Thanks

Yet another post in my series "how to answer your own questions"

(I don't know if this is a record for how long it takes to build a HexInverter module?)
