Another question on the sympleSeq power header.

I know this is an old post, re-surfaced care of the Great Crash of 2015, but I also have a question on the power header:

from the graphic it looks like the inner most pin of the four is +ve, and ? the middle two are negative? Do they both require wiring and does the outermost pin also need a supply (? also +ve).

Ok, not sure if pic uploaded previously so here it is now. Is this a viable way of connecting power to the SympleSeq. And if this works then a 9V input (that takes a power supply similar to FX pedals) can be connected this way?
