Plumbutter: 2 knobs for the snare drum?

in the the man with red steam description we see TWO knobs for the snare drum

One is the snare control, the other is "dust" on the mk1.

The PB2 has both the dust and snare controlled by one knob. Having owned both, I actually preferred the PB2 function, sounds really organic the way it is calibrated.

On the PB v1 version the lower knob has a strange side effect that can be utillized as 'shuffle'.
To the left 'heavy shuffle' and in the right position a more 'relaxed shuffle'
