not defending.. just explaining the scenario.

your English is excellent btw and certainly much much much better than any German words i have tried to speak! :oops:

pretty sure most USA retailers will ship internationally. you just have to get in touch. some offer international shipping in the check out process so there are no extra steps to the process.

I should have written it down; but from memory, it was something like this:

Ardcore shaped LFO analog out-> CV input
Ardcore eoc trigger out -> Clock in

Telephone game 5 -> DPO 1v/oct
TG 1 -> Attenuverter -> STO 1v/oct
TG 3 -> DPO shape
TG ? -> DPO index (can't remember which)
TG ? -> STO shape
TG clock at 1 -> trigger man

Trigger man: outputs strike the optomix that the DPO is fed to. Also trigs a quadra which opens an envelope for the sto VCA, and the DPO optomix channel.

The really fast striking of the optomix keeps the DPO sound constant, which creates that nice swirly sound in the background.

Then, I speed up and slow down the TG through the ardcore, and change the envelope shapes along the way. All of which goes through some serious reverb.

EDIT: After listening, I remember now that I had the TG1 go through an attenuverter, then to the brain seed, then on to the STO. I had some 1u force sensing resistor modules that I mixed with TG stuff to the DPO shape and the STO shape, so there is some live 'tapping' at times of shape parameters.

A friend and I are prepping for a live show. I was hoping to use TG, but the problem is that there's no room for him when the TG is involved. It does so much and it's a shame to not do so much with it.

my phone died!!!

ahhhh

so ill just start by saying the telephone game is
analog not digital

big difference in the result
plus with 5 different outs, u can really control
many destinations and some are wildly
different. ( SUM OUT can sound like trills, expressive
runs, etc)

but more later
yeah I know this moments suck supremely, but thank you for trying.
I sold my turing and expanders anyway and I am now more open to the GAME. I am still wondering how the telephone would work with quantimator. my wet dream would be: to put quantized CVs into the telephone and get 3 crazycool-different but still quantized derived melodies out. might it work? or what does the telephone game to incoming quantized cvs?

Just want to add I've had this module for a few days and i'm head over heels in love with it. You will lose hours using it and have difficulty sleeping thinking about things you can use it for. It has so many uses and they all tickle the imagination.

I don't understand whether this is one S&H through a 5 stage ASR or 5 S&H circuits? :hmm:

Just picked one of these up after sitting on the fence since it came out.
Really great module - by far my fav snazzy fx module I've tried. I was almost put off by the awful demo videos online, most of which seem to try and make it be a sequencer, which it can be, but really isn't. It excels at evolving, chirping, whimpering, vaguely synced modulations... in my first attempt I managed to make something unlike anything else i've ever got out of my modular - a sort plateau of chirping birds overlaying a distant, wind-filled corridor with a woman occasionally screaming from the other end. All from a single vco, a clock, a filter, and the TG.

Do tell !!! how did u patch it to get such stuff? My terrible videos
Show me using it as a sequencer because that's how I like to use it
But I'd love to hear about other patching setups!!

Thanks
