Korg Poly 61

Post by lewisssssssssss » Mon May 11, 2020 6:27 am

Hey hey,

my P61 has been showing several signs of age as of late. After sending lots of emails around to Berlin-based synth repair shops to no avail, I'm giving it a shot on this platform to see if anyone has some ideas for me..

Essentially from what I can tell, the arpeggiator is not functional whatsoever and most of the buttons on the front panel are very unresponsive. Where would be a good place to get it fully serviced in Berlin? The P61 has been the one piece of equipment I've sworn to never let go of, so it not being functional makes me quite sad. Any ideas are welcome. :bang: :despair:

Thanks a lot,

Lewis

Usually we would take care of it, the buttons probably just need to be replaced - we even haven them in stock.
Due to covid we currently do not take any repair orders hower - and I don't know anyone that does.
So your best option is probably to wait a bit until things have 'normalized'
all the best!
