Juno 6 Major Bend Offset

Hi all,
We've installed what seems like a million of these and never had this issue.
Juno 6 bend offset is excessive. I've double checked the install my tech did and the R values are all correct, no shorts etc.

When the DCO amount slider is turned up, the synth bends up about a 5th or more. Way beyond the usual calibration needed. The pot is centered and in dead zone.

Any idea?
