firmware overwrite?

Post by kires » Sat Sep 08, 2018 7:41 am

so I have 1.0 board but uploaded original hex files first (both bootloader and firmware).

I'm trying to swap to 'atom_v1_0_bootloader.hex' and 'atom_v1_0.hex' to avoid rewiring.

'README first' it says - "You can upload the Atom HEX files from the hex folder, this way you don’t have to cut the traces and rewire the jacks." but simply flashing them now (with original files in place) doesn't seem to have desired result.

Is there a special process to clear flash before uploading or force files to be overwritten with new ones? :hmm:

I'm on mac using ST-Link v2 and this method: https://www.davidyamnitsky.com/blog/201 ... /stm32-mac

Hey, you have to upload the v1.1 firmware, there was a mistake that all boards were numbered 1.0 but it's 1.1 (only if your PCB is green and from me personally it's 1.0). Where did you get your pcb from?
