Buchla Beat of Uncertainty- Source of Uncertainty Generative

Post by @green » Wed Nov 27, 2019 10:21 am

The 266r Source of Uncertainty to generate a random beat and melodic line driven by a central clocked pulse from the 280r Quad Envelope Generator. The cloned 292c Quad Low Pass Gate is used mainly as a mixer and VCA. The 1979 Dual Algorithmic Oscillator DAO provides both kick and snare sounds that are inspired by the Roland TR-808 classic drum machine. The 1979 Digital Resonator provides a melodic bass line. All sounds are generated randomly by the 266r Source of Uncertainty so the result is a randomly generated 4 track sequence that has many of its parameters automated.

Cool! I recognise your name - did I do some mastering for you at one point or something like that?
