Doepfer a-132-3.
From the website: "For the new version with SSM2164 the amplification is not limited to 1. If the control voltage is increased even a higher amplification than 1 is possible... Amplification "1" is obtained at about position "8" (i.e. 3 o'clock position) of the manual control "Gain" for both linear and exponential mode."

Will test this weekend how much gain can give my Quad VCA.
Can assembly 'special version' just for you.
But it's not very cheap - $350, but HQ.

Thanks, I just came here looking for the non-vca version of this, and the a-183-3 is exactly what I was looking for. (Well, now that I know what to look for, maybe the ADDAC202 is closer, but also way more spendy.)PhineasFreak wrote:put a Doepfer a-183-3 downstream of the vca?
I had to fake it the other night by feeding my signal into a buffered mult, then summing the ouputs of that with a unity mixer...

basically (and i'm not sure i explained but) i was looking to make some feedback loops inside the synthesizer. i have like the evin and stilton but it kept occurring to me that i was missing out by limiting myself to pedals. so i have the pittsurgh inout, m3, and just use a bog standard vca if i want to modulate the scream... i'm fairly satisfied with the results, but please do stop me if you have anyrthing to add
i'm out, go circle someone else's corpse.
if you want to scream, it really SCREAMSdefenestration wrote:http://www.analoguehaven.com/brokensilicon/gainsburg/
