Hi everyone,
I have just gotten an AM6080 filter, and it is magnificent: squelchy, musical, beefy, vintage-y etc... It is pretty deep though, and doesn't fit into my standard case (it's currently exiled in a beauty case) so I am wondering if anyone has modified one (or any other Amsynths module) to flip the main PCB 90 degrees? Obviously that would make the module wider below the surface than above, but there are workarounds for that (put it beside shallow modules, blanks etc).
amsynths?

I think that would be possible. Maybe you could take the approach member Job took with his AM8109 build:

All the pots, jacks and switch could then be attached and detached using the headers. You'd just have to find a solution to attach the PCB to the frontpanel. Drilling holes in the frontpanel and using stand-offs might not be the prettiest option.
