So here's a quick question about the Ochd, while I wait for my preorder to arrive: does the rate knob affect the rates of all eight LFOs by the same ratio? Or do their ratios change?

I.e., suppose that when the rate knob is turned 100% counterclockwise, the fastest output and the slowest output have a cycle ratio of x. When you crank the knob completely clockwise, does their cycle ratio stay at x, or will it change?

Control is showing June for availability. They’re usually good with their estimates, although they were showing May originally.

Yeah I placed an order early this week with Schneidersladen and can't wait to get my hands on it. Pre-ordered 2 pieces but I am considering getting 4 instead if there is still a "time frame" to do that. I was hoping for the end of this month, early June. Sounds good!

And as someone else stated, yes, price has increased.

Thanks for the hot tip! They also had an Arbhar so I am very happy.

Recently I've had quicker shipping from Signal in Glasgow to Seattle using their Fedex option than I have from East coast to Seattle using USPS or UPS. Also the GBP is so bad right now the prices end up being below retail.

I get my Expert Sleepers and Instruo modules from them—it feels about right to buy modules made in Scotland from a store located there, as well.

I don't doubt it, but I've already preordered with Perfect Circuit, so I'll hang tight and hope for the best.

Holy cow... price from Signal Sounds, shipped, was significantly below current US retail. Great tip.

I just checked that, and yeah, total cost is about 20% less for basic airmail shipping with tracking from Glasgow to Seattle right now, vs. $200 retail from PerfectCircuit; so I went ahead and pulled that trigger, since I'm definitely in need of some general-purpose LFOs.

Control is now estimating that they’ll have it in stock on 03 June, so hopes are high that us stateside preorderers won’t be waiting too long.

Elevator Sounds in the UK are getting some on monday, I've preordered my second øchd because I keep turning to mine and finding it fully patched up. It's just too damn useful and small enough to justify two of them. I wonder how many more I'll get

I ended up pre-ordering 4 instead of 2. Lol. Honestly I could justify having even 10 of them. The only thing that sucks about it is the waiting period. Funnily enough I wasn’t ever as excited for a module to come as for this! :help:

Seriously. I wonder what one of those waveforms would look like if you daisy-chained each of the modules, connecting an output of one module to the rate input of the module next to it. If you put that on an oscilloscope you might be able to see God.

That’s my plan. I intend to build entire patches on it. While daisy-chaining some of it in a symbiotic relation or waveshaping/slew limiting certain outputs then right into rate cv input. Might as well use a fitting LFO with acceptable rate as a source for Wogglebug MK2 or other random modules. Might be fun. I’ll probably get a second Cold Mac and Maths to spice things up a little bit more in conjuction with this LFO arsenal. Honestly the hp/function ratio is so hard to beat with this lovely module! From aesthetic standpoint it rocks as well!

So much gear is cheaper buying in the UK and shipping it than it is buying it stateside, it's bewildering. I was looking at Mastersounds Radius mixers and new ones (even before the recent 3rd Gen price drop) were 200USD below used prices.
