Disting EX Looper = Amazing & Small Question

Post by javes777 » Fri Jul 03, 2020 7:06 am

Hi Os,

Many thanks for the Looper - it is amazing! The ability to save the loops and presets with the loops is truly great.

My question - when recording, play/pause and reversing loops, recording and play/pause work for the selected target loops, but reverse seems to effect all, even those not selected as a target. Is that how it should be?

Thanks again,

Ta

No problems Os - hope you had a good week off.

Sorry to do this again, but could I request a re-trigger loop option without mute (ie without having to press pause/mute/re-trigger twice)?

Reason is that I'm having trouble getting my loops and other rhythms to stay in sync. Having a simple re-trig every now and then would fix this.

Thanks

PS - please can you let us know when you are on holiday? Going silent for a week during a pandemic had me worried! :)

Hi Os,

Would a re-tigger loop option be possible?

Unless you / anyone can suggest other ways I can keep my loops in sync?

Morning Os,

Amazing recent additions to the EX, but I see the the re-tigger loop option above didn't make it into the latest update. :(

I assume others have got this working or more reliable for clocked loops - can you point out where I might be going wrong? The recorded loops are going out of time in under a minute, so the looper is not really of use at the moment. Might be good for ambient things, but I dont really do that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

How long are your loops? How far off are they drifting in the course of a minute?
