Very cool!

Moon has been kind enough to perform mild customizations for me in the past (LED color). Is this something that could be worked through NB?

yup that's what i thought, looks like we need a moon emoticon as well.
some damned 'm' emoticon bias if you ask me. no modcan and no moon. who do we (and be we i mean the royal we as in me) need to blow to get an emoticon round these parts?

That's great news, it's nice to see Noisebug picking up some more modular products for distribution. Plus it's great to see Moon Modular becoming more accessible in the US, as the shipping fees were quite expensive in the past when ordering just one or two modules.

It be da serious biz, shore 'nuff! :tu: :omg: :hihi: :hyper:  :goo: :sb:

And FYI: even before the Moon listings showed up on the NoiseBug home page, if you went to their search page here http://www.noisebug.net/search.cfm and typed in Moon, you would of see a bunch of stuff listed. In fact, if you do it right now, you'll see a couple items NOT yet listed on the home page! :yay: No pictures yet but check it out :tu:

Hello David.

Did they told you if the expander is also working with the 569?
If your system doesn't sound good enough, you haven't spent enough

I didn't ask because I didn't want to bug them but . . I REALLY would be VERY happy if it does! :hyper:

Simple answer: 569 + 565e = NO!

Just reading the diagram of the 569, it seems as if a quantitizer wouldn't be necessary. It already quantitizes in 0-2v and 0-5v ranges. 0-10v is continuous. Really nice c/v step sequencer.

I like the "function" function. It gives the best of both worlds. You have gate on/off as well as skip, stop and reset at any stage. Super-well thought out. Initially, I'd thought the only module I'd need was the Trigger Sequencer 563, but after a closer look at the 569 it looks really tempting even though I already have a Q960.

Well, I used to have a M565 quantizer but I sold it to help finance the M569 since it would have been a little redundant
to have both BUT, there is a new M565e module coming out that adds additional control to a M565 by allowing you to
select preset key signatures and even user selectable keys on the fly. I'm assuming by looking at this video at least:

Look at the right hand side at around 22 seconds in.

Once the details are announced, down the road I'll seriously consider getting another M565 along with a M565e.

The M569 is an awesome sequencer and it's nice to have a 960 sequencer to go along with it  but I find most of my attention is drawn to the M569! :tu:
