cheers

slow_riot

I'm about to upload something I have on cassette for the consideration of a label... will link it here... 90% 300 Series

Whenever I play on my synth sharing the fun I'm having for the benefit of others is the last thing on my mind... get out of my head, internet!

slow_riot

uploaded a couple on my soundcloud page.

(taken down at request of label smile )

chamomileshark

These were posted before, but here they are again.

http://soundcloud.com/chamomile-shark/into-the-zone

http://soundcloud.com/chamomile-shark/beyond

hmm, is soundcloud embedding now not working?

numan7

applause nice tracks, chamomileshark! i like the wind and rain sounds that develop towards the end of 'into the zone'.

w00t and i finally got around last night to polishing off the video which prompted to me to start this thread... it is called 'Anti-Matter'... and will have it uploaded in a few hours...

cheers

chamomileshark

well actually it probably is wind and rain, or more likely a recording of wind through beech hedge in winter smile

numan7

(this patch contains: 2 Noiserings, 2 Anti-Oscillators and 1 GR-352 Dual Borgs)

hihi i was going to guess {Omni Filter, Dual Envelators, Dual Wogglebugs} (although maybe a Noisering with its white noise output would be more versatile in the synthetic rain storm department than the bugs).

cheers

I recall listening to the first one last year and thinking it had real soundtrack qualities, then reading your comment about being inspired by "Stalker" (which I haven't seen/ read/ played, but know the outline of) - so, you nailed it.

thundermouse

thumbs up

cheers

Thank you, the reverb / echo is the Binson Echorec II. I quite like the sequantizer and the + - or reset switch, quite fun and handy patching it on the spot..tried to mellow the sound a bit with 1 filter on BP, another one on LP...and it is only 1 VCO with a square to filter 1 and the VCA to filter 2..., 1 joystickis controlling both cutoff.....
This system is amazing really...the sound you get with just 1 VCO..., I wondered before to get it why people did not get 3 VCO as on another system,...well, there is no need to get 3 VCOs on a Wiard, it sounds enormous with just 1 VCO and 2 Waveforms...
