So I have a Mu-Tron Phasor MK1 that I certainly need to change the two prong plug on, but I'm wondering if while I'm in there, I should do anything else?

First off, are there common things that tend to go that I need to give a look over? Second, should I make this true bypass? Anything that could come up when doing this?

Finally, I'm wondering if there is a way to change the depth circuit so that it will be continuous instead of stepped that won't involve loads of work?

Thanks! And if there's any other mods out there, I'd like to hear them! I love this pedal, but those three things need to change and I'd love to expand the sound of the pedal.

Hey all,

First time posting here.

Are you familiar with the circuit?

I have a Mu-Tron Phasor II that won’t sweep. The filter seems to be working. When I adjust the depth pot, I can hear the filter sweep, but it is not oscillating on its own. (LFO not working?).

(And what is the big black mystery device in the middle?)

If you can help, i would appreciate it

Thx,

Stuart
