|Does a list of active Eurorack shops exist somewhere?
I think I saw it once, but I cannot find it anymore. If yes, sorry for the spam
If not, would it make sense to have a sticky for this?

| br>There is now Patchwerks up here in Seattle. They opened a physical store a couple of weeks ago.
Sorry if it has been mentioned already. br> br>
| br>Most of the USA places are great.
I try to support local (DM) when possible, but man that 6% in-state tax can hurt.
Extra props to CONTROL in NY.
They clean off ALL those scan labels from the Ad-Infinitum cables before delivering!
It may seem a minor thing, but that takes TIME and is pretty damn thoughtful. br> br>
| br>Plus one for CONTROL. I live in NYS, so the taxes (8%) mean they are usually not the cheapest option. But their customer care is outstanding, communication is quick and thorough, and shipping is speedy.
On the one (and only) occasion when there was a glitch with my order CONTROL made it right quickly. (I can't say the same for some of the other retailers.) Small shops though they may be, most are great at fulfilling orders but less efficient with exceptions (e.g. returns.) Still, they are all boutiques with small staffs, so a modicum of understanding is always in order. br> br>
Bought some intellijel stuff from signal sounds when all other EU vendors were out of stock or much more expensive. Had a very good experience. br> br>
| br>i'll go for holidays in denmark - copenhagen
any shop there? br> br>
| br>perfect circuit
have all been VERY helpful. great shops.
big city music is good too. fun shop to go to.
robotspeaK, i can do without. nothing there, all by order. couldn't find what they apparently put aside for me to pick up.
unfortunate its the only shop i know of here in SF br> br>
| br>I'm going to plug two stores for being good folks.
A great store, people like Robert and Jonas are super helpful. The used selection is stellar and the prices are comparable to Muffs. The only down side is that they are so proficient at using their modules, then when I get them home its… wha… I can't do that the way they could! True pros. Fantastic.
Three Wave Music (sorry to knock you guys, consider it constructive feedback) in Hawthorne, NJ is much closer but awesome as the stuff there is, many (most) of the modules are in boxes and trying gear just doesn't seem comfortable.
So I drive to Brooklyn instead. If there's a down side to Control, it's that I always go to buy one thing and (knowing full well), I leave $$$ of other stuff later plus since I've had such a great time, I get caught in the afternoon traffic (street parking near Control is free and easy) and then I find myself fighting my way back through rush hour traffic.
For mail order these guys are #1. I called up the other day about a module (admittedly a pricey one) that wasn't in stock at Control and they spent over an hour on the phone with me talking through it, then shipped it overnight for the cost of shipping (I don't always feel that's done). Plus Detroit is in the middle of the country so if shipping is never too fast, it's never too slow, and they have their points system. br> br>
| br>+1 for CTRL.
Even though I bought stuff from their used section, they treated me really well, shipping out a missing cable SUPER quick!
Also, Synthrotek - there was a mixup in shipments, but they didn't make it a hassle at all! br> br>
| br>I've had some really great experiences so far with Detroit Modular. Also with buying from Intellijel and Black Market Modular directly. All totally stand-up companies. br> br>

Granted I am only like 15 miles away, but regardless, I am still in the next state over can't believe it was that quick via First Class USPS. br> br>
| br>new store.. opened february 11th 2017 in portland in what was the home of the MW store.
you can remove the MW store from the original post/list because it no longer exists (rip) br> br>
| br>I'm fairly new to all of this but really can't say enough good things about Foxtone. Just great guys to deal with. br> br>
Jason is super helpful and the speediest dispatcher I have experienced! br> br>
| br>I just want to commend Detroit Modular for their incredible order fulfillment times. I placed an order at 11:51 my time (with free shipping) and had a tracking number exactly 20 minutes later. Meanwhile, an order I placed with another shop on Sunday didn't ship until after the DM order.
This isn't a one-time thing either. I had another experience with the same two shops where I ordered on the same day and the DM order showed up before the other one had even been shipped.
Great job Detroit Modular! br> br>
| br>is there a Favorite Internet (Ships WW) shop? i mean who has the best prices and biggest choice? ...Analogue Haven?
We got a Shop to add to the List =
