VCO pitch fluctuations

Ok, so this MFOS VCO has me tearing my hair out still. Aside from the fact that I cannot get a sine output, when I touch the plate, a knob, jack, bracket the pitch jumps around like crazy. What the hell am I doing wrong with the grounding? (I'm assuming this is still an issue). :bang:

are the pots or anything PCB mounted?

could you post some pics of the pcb and panel? maybe we can spot something you overlooked.

None of pots or jacks are mounted to the PCB. All wired.
