Hello. We are FEEDBACK Projects.

The 106 CHORUS is an accurate recreation in Eurorack format of one of the most sought after choruses, the one from a famous analog polysynth from the eighties smile
The module is built with high quality parts, alpha pot, wima caps, panasonic low esr electrolitic capacitors. Also the module repects the ROHS standard, high quality ROHS solder wire was used.

> Tech specs:

-width 6HP
-117mm depth
-mono analog input
-input level pot for optimal signal
-stereo analog output (L + R)
-bypass switch (ON / BYPASS)
-chorus mode switch (MODE1 / MODE2)
-standard 10 pin euro power (+12V / -12V)
-power consumption +12V 24mA , -12V 24mA

Rare MN3009 ic's are used, so a limited quantity is available.

The price for the module is : 170EUR
shipping to EU : 10EUR, non EU : 15EUR

In stock : only 2 pcs. left in stock.

If you want one please contact me by pm.

Here are two demos of the module :

First demo is a simple sound from ambika to 106 Chorus.
(no chorus/chorus1/chorus2/no chorus/chorus1/chorus2)

In second demo we used 2 System-X VCOs to 106 Chorus.

Great idea, food for thought. Will listen to demo when home

You might scare some people away by how deep the module is (and the lack of CV-able parameters), but boy does it sound nice.

I now the panel is deep, but it counts a lot of parts.
We considered adding cv's, but we wanted the module to be similar to the original. After playing with external lfo time's we considered that
the original presets were the most suitable ones.

Exactly what I thought. And I'd add that , judging from the snippets, it sounds nice, but not very Juno-ish sounding. I own J-106 and J-60 and in both the Chorus sounds a little more dirty/noisy.

I own also 106 keyboard, the project was compared with the original
in the designing and testing process. The dirty sounds comes from the level a bit to high in the input. You can adjust this easy with the level pot.

we're not worthy we're not worthy we're not worthy

The sweetest sounding chorus I know of. I'd second the critiques above, but this module sounds great! Nice work!
mbartkow
It would be great to hear some polyphonic string pads run through it
DougD
Will it fit in a standard Doepfer LC6 case given its depth?
untune
Hmmm, this is tempting. I managed to get a good deal on a Boss CE-300 last year which I modded for line level and that sounds really good - be interested to hear how it might compare to something like this.
Heliophile
That sounds fantastic and looks great too!
realitycontrol
Damn, if it wasn't so deep I'd probably be buying!

Good job though, sounds lush.
climbingtyler
Sounds fantastic! But I definitely can't fit that in my case. Any chance of you guys porting this over to SMD so it can be shallower?

I have in mind that, but it will take a wile to design, test it etc.

I don't mind waiting! Mr. Green

I recorded another demos.

In the first track I'm turning the chorus on/off at every musical part.

For the next tracks I added a LFO to VCF. First track is with no chorus, second Chorus I, after that Chorus II

Is there a way, with some modification, to run both chorus settings at once? The Juno 60 allows this and I believe the 106 does too.

You mean a faster rate than II setting.

Oh, is that what it's doing? Yes. I've already ordered one, I'm just curious.

Thank you, it sounds great, if not a little sterile (compared to the original Juno). I believe these discrepancies may be easily corrected in the modular setup.
vexkon
finally listened to it, very nice, sold about 6 106s back in the day but it sounds familiar though of its on nature as well.

Not that I enjoy being negative, but this seems like a missed opportunity. Why make something modular with no CV control? Would love to see a great BBD modular chorus, without having to get multiple dopefer BBD modules + Lowpass + etc. This unfortunately, doesn't give me the flexibility I've come to expect in eurorack.
