I think im going to spring for the GE 12AX7WA (1980s)
$65 bucks each,
Great sounding American 12AX7 type. All from the same batch. Rich, warm sonics. Lasts much longer than cheap foreign types. Perfect for Fender guitar amps and tube hi-fi preamps. Going fast, don't wait too long!

Theres also these that strike my eye:
RCA 12AX7/ECC83 Medium Grey Plate 1960s NOS
This is the standard tube for Fender amps in V1 and V2 positions. Outstanding definition, dimension, warmth and musicallity. Perfect for new and vintage hifi preamps and line stages as well. Very desireable and long-lasting
Used ones go for $35.
Looks nice :)
