Customer service props

Post by CountZero » Thu Nov 24, 2016 3:58 am

In the last year or so I've had need to contact Harvestman for repair/support issues three times. Once for me attaching a power cable to an expansion header, second to inquire about getting MkII knobs for my MkI stuff, and lastly an improperly functioning module.

In each case I'm happy to report Harvestman came through with flying colors. I could not be happier with the way they handled everything and would not hesitate to contact them if I had future issues/questions.

That's all, thanks for reading!

The house move did interrupt service there for a while... but likewise, always came through and with a generous spirit too!!

Not had call to require assistance again since but good to know it's back on form!
