Better audio and longer, more subtle version here:

Oh yaeh, that's the shizzle. It sounds like this is a single module, hand wiggled track. Am I right, or is there more going on with the patch?
You are right on the mark! Just the Morphagene and just one knob.
I set the Slide knob to almost completely clockwise then took 7 minutes
to slowly more it to fully counterclockwise. Great source material always helps!

Is the source recording from a published album, or something from your private archive?

It was a limited run that I produced back in 1973 with the

Fasten your sonic seat belt! This is based on a 30 second sample
of a John Cage prepared piano piece.

New to the Eurorack life! Made this trippy intro layering samples from my Morphagene and Clouds. 808 designed in serum. Just a start!

Oh, lordy! Replace that sample and you could have the beginnings of a really cool track.

By way of an alternative, and a shameless attempt at self-promotion, the tune currently in my sig (The Man On The Bridge) uses Morphagene for its bassline - the low Buchla-y jumping around sound. Trying to use it as an effect as well as a sound-thing.

[bandcamp width=100% height=120 track=1620892917 size=large bgcol=ffffff linkcol=0687f5 tracklist=false artwork=small]

Morphagene is the entire engine in this track. Its cv out is triggering Just Friends, the LPGs and VCAs to run the show - a slow LFO is modulating Varispeed.
The sample is a Walkman that is turned off and Plaits is helping out with some modulation in Model.
Rings is the sound source that is processed through a Microverb II which make it sound like a massive post rock guitar. And some real guitar is added in the end that is going through Morphagene.

I love Morphagene.

Cyperpunk Sunday with the Morphagene. I really love putting dialogue samples through it.

My first track on MuffWiggler!

You can hear the morphagene mostly during intro and outro of the track

Hey there,

I had some fun with morphagene + phonogene + erbe verb combo by recording my telescaster to morphagene buffer and some guitar pedal noises into phonogene so I've recorded the modular output to my recorder (fostex FR-L2) and I wanted to share in here (hope not a problem).

Love having both on my system (morpha and phono). I really love the phonogene character. :sb:

Cheers!

Finally used the Morphagene on a track!

Patch notes: Sample prepared in Reaper, Morphagene into Clouds and being modulated by Wogglebug. Also features the Telharmonic and STO, all sequenced by Rene and PP + Brains.

So many amazing and creative MG compositions. Incredible talent on display here.

And rather selfishly, I want to propose a challenge to people who have both Phonogene and Morphagene. The challenge is to make two compositions (one with PG, the other with MG) using the same sample.
The challenge thread is here if you'd like to take part:

Antonio Blanca
Beautiful and ethereal. Really enjoyed it.
P.S. As you have both PG & MG, could I encourage you to take part in the sample mangling challenge on MW here: https://bit.ly/2RyNVkN
