CHROMATICS "SHADOW"
Vocals sounds like a combination of doubling with a slight delay between left and right. There is the reverb of course, kinda 'vintage' but still very much ambient sounding. The panning plays a big part for that big vocal sound.

Now would anyone with real skills wanna make a more precise diagnosis..? hihi

Cool track, featured on new Twin Peaks, which I have yet to see. Really looking forward to it. Love the music from the original series.

Shes doubling or tripling herself with a breathy voice on a nice microphone. Got a long reverb on it, maybe a chamber from valhalla room or something like that?

Find out what Julee Cruise used. Sounds similar.
Ping pong delay into reverb?
Trouble man, unlimited.

I also think there is a chamber-like reverb with a long tail, for that slightly spookiness.

On Spotify there is an accapella version...
