Plague Bearer DIY discussion

Post by flight » Mon May 29, 2017 3:23 pm

For those who haven't seen it, there's a discussion regarding f(h) offering a full DIY kit (or just the PCB/panel/etc.) of the Plague Bearer over here.
The preliminary designs for the PCB and panel are up and I'm looking for as much feedback as I can get!

Question about the dual input and dual outputs. There is a summing mode and a multiple mode. Just curious on the application of each mode to the dual input and outs, since the inputs seem to get mixed before getting mangled in the filter.

It was a specific request from a few people in the PB Kit thread. There was concern about potential damage to modules if their outputs or inputs were multed together. The summing mode simply places resistors between the jacks of whatever modules are being connected. The only effect they have on the PB itself is to reduce the signal level coming in or going out.
