Author ES3: Is it only possible to calibrate channel 1 for pitch?

I calibrated my ES3 to track fine with pitch months back. Then I decided I wanted to use another output to drive another VCO. But I just dot get it to track. All other outputs seems to be slightly off tune compared to the perfectly tracking out1. Is it only possible to tune out1? And why cant all outputs at least track the same?

You can use all outputs for pitch, but each needs its own calibration.

A more up to date tutorial that covers calibration on other channels than the default chan1 in Cubase9 would be really handy. The only tutorial I have found is basics in Cubase5.5. This is so complex with routings in and outs that it has really got my head in a loop now.
