Throwing these out there for anyone's enjoyment. Four long tracks of improvised music (no overdubs) by Chris Muir and myself, using modular, electronic percussion and guitar.

Listened to Thumpy-Stately, it hits a very weird place in that it is enjoyable, and it just sinks to the back of my mind and lodges there. Like breathing. It was a longish piece, so it was there, on whilst I was doing other things and when it stopped there was a large hole. Will certainly be listening again.

If that all makes sense. Have followed and will be listening to the others. Sterling work.

Scott, I really dug these! Super trippy. Damn, and I was just driving by Grass Valley last week... very frustrating

The guitar in Thumply is especially nice...all of them, actually. Nice-Slow was probably my favorite, love the textures there. The synth freakout later in Cincosity is super cool, love the organ stabs. What were the percussion instruments used in these?

Thanks, I started checking out some nice stuff of yours on Soundcloud.

We did these in Alameda at Eardrill Studio. I used a Handsonic HPD-20 and a Linnstrument mapped out to various sounds. I also use the Linnstrument with my modular. Glad you liked them.
