Always a faff upgrading, particularly with my x99 chipset but boy the tools are
getting better and better. This was much less painful than getting El Capitan installed.

It's nice being able to run mac for music, particularly because of the aggregate audio that allows me to run my RME Raydat and Babbyface at the same time pretty reliably.

Probably not of much interest for those trying to get away from their computer!

Using aggregate audio is not generally a good idea - it tends to lead to audio sync issues... I guess if it works good enough ...
If your interfaces have optical ADAT and if one of them works as a standalone D/A converter you can link them with that and slave the standalone to the one connected to the computer.

Can you point to where you got the software to make this installation happen?

A Hackintosh sub-forum would be awesome as info on using Hackintosh for music production is scant.
