| br>I'm trying to install a 218e from a BEMI Easel into a BEMI powered LEM boat. Electrically, it works fine, but physically, it's a bit off.
The main issue is that the 218 only has 2 screw holes - one at each of the bottom corners. That leaves the middle of the keyboard slightly suspended by about 1/8" (due to the rubber underneath the keybed) and so when you play it, it has a very unsatisfying give. Picture below.
There are 2 more screw holes in the LEM boat but I'd have to drill into the 218 to use them. The pics on BEMI's site also appear to only have 2 screws in the 218. Does anyone have one and can report on the space under the keybed?
Also, anyone tried making the custom LEM like I am with success?
