Atari Teenage Riot, Sonic Subjunkies, et al. Any fans? I always thought modular would be fun to use in a digital hardcore band. Digital modules of course Mr. Green

I used to love DHR stuff. ATR and Bomb20 were in frequent rotation. I'm way too old to listen to it now lol.

I saw Alec Empire live once, he came on stage, put on a skipping record and left the building lol. Everyone was pissed off, but I thought it was the most fucking punk rock show ever.
Esgal
That’s fucking epic lol.

Inukoro - Dog Killer

Just came out and definitely a worthy Digital Hardcore band, though they get pushed into the j-core/speedcore scene. They’re definitely more than just fast kicks

Big fan back in the day. Mostly ATR and Ec8or.

Also Hanin Elias solo:

Ec8or:

Also the D-Trash label in Canada had a couple of standouts.

Schizoid (black metal influenced DHC):

Phallus Uber Alles (DHC Riotgrrl):

Never was a schizoid fan, having been involved in the black metal scene for many years. It was just kinda... bad lol. Aborym did digital black metal much better

Aborym was a lot more polished but pretty rad for sure. I liked schizoid''s lo-fi. Just a screamy guy with a minidisc and a digitech death metal pedal and a mixer.

How about anaal nathrakh? Migrating away from dhc here but their early stuff did a great job melding black metal with electronics.

Always was a big fan of theirs. Interviewed them once years ago when Black Widow came out. They are so precise in their intentions and writing. Always loved that about them.

I dig a lot of the Industrial Strength/Lenny Dee stuff.
