Author New 1U modules from Circuit Abbey
BrotherTheo
Hi,

We have just released a bunch of new 1U modules (tiles?)

New 1U modules now available:
* Envy dual attenuverter/offset: same performance as the Invy but 1U
* Klang Meister ring mod: Diode ring mod emulator. Has a nice crunch to it
* Gozin input amplifier: one channel of the Gozinta
* Tock clock generator: Static clock generator
* Buffered Multiple: 1 in, 4 out, performs past +/- 10 volts of CV

All have regular Eurorack power cables. No special power setup needed.

Check them out on Reverb at the Circuit Abbey Synth Shop!

thumbs up

hmmm..... Are they the original tiles size or the Intellijel 1U size?

Great!

Definitely want to check out that diode ring mod - big fan of (the very different) Twiggy! applause

They are Pulp Logic compatible and will not fit the Intellijel cases.

Cool stuff. Makes me wish I had another 1U row:(
Are they all 6hp wide as well?
lud
Can't see them on reverb. Interested in the preamp tile.

Is the diode ring mod emulator analogue?

I'm working on the Reverb issue.

Most are 6HP. The Buff Mult is 8HP and the Envy is 16HP.

The site is working and folks have purchased so it is working. I am nt sure what is happening. Reverb sez it everything is fine.

Here is the Reverb link again.

also, as convenient as regular Euro adapters are, mebbe offer a Tile Tail. option too? my case has a TON of busboard connectors, but with 10-12 1u Tiles, it's way easier to use a Euro to Tail adapter that puts 8 Tiles on one Euro port.

lol. power requirements. PROBLEMATIC.

I hear ya. One solution would be a small distro board that splits one power connector in to 6-8 connectors. Another idea is a power cable with more than one plug on it.

Maybe I'll do a poll.

That's really odd as the link takes me to https://reverb.com/shop/circuit-abbey-bargain-bin

+1 to polling on this. I definitely will be picking up a Gozin but in general wouldn't want to use up one standard connector per 1u module
BrotherTheo
Okay, I know what the problem is. I am not currently selling outside of the US and so the listings are blank because there are no overseas offerings. I did this due to concerns over shipping cost. I will find about the costs and if it makes sense I will open it up to foreign buyers. Sorry for the confusion.

BrotherTheo
Shipping to England would be about $24. That seems steep to be for a $30 module. I can combine shipping so stuffing a box full of modules would be advised.

PM me if you are interested and I'll make the change.

Maybe post some pictures here so us outsiders can see them too?

jia! i mean, it's not a HUGE issue, i actually forgot about the existence of flying bus cables which might be even more convenient than the Euro to Tail adapter from Pulp Logic.

one of the pros of Euro style power connectors is they are WAY more solid than the tails.

Aluminum or plastic panels?

Just bought a Synthrotek 1U module and was disappointed to find it was plastic.
