Really digging the wr3kt track and the 4 trypt out tracks!
lilakmonoke
nice! im interested in the "sound design" behind this. my best guess is recorded to old tape which was then processed with Hydrochloric Acid? there is some chemical process involved for sure ...
Infinity Curve
Recorded direct off my mixer to zoom h4n, all live(in my basement) performances, no editing really.

Wr3kt is an x1l3 Wreckage module into a feedback loop with a comb filter and some distortion. Modulation from my ERD's and Vector Space and manual knob tweekery

Trypt Out is Trogotronic 679, Micro Research Black Death, DOD Death Metal and a Moffenzeef MSGII on the input of the 679 - that's it, recorded live, one take.

Glad you dig them

All of the stuff on my Soundcloud page was done before I got into Eurorack. 90% of it is Trogotronic Pedals (669,679,657, Iron Cross, 77) through a few Meris pedals (Ottobit, Mercury 7, Polymoon) mashed up with samples and vinyl/cassette fuckery. I had WT over at Trogotronic revamp the faceplates on all of the pedals to fit in Eurorack, and gutted all of my other pedals to make a sort of "half assed Euro/pedal case".......pic below

thats what i call a truly dedicated noise warrior outfit. whats the top row? multiples? ... i have visions of sludge metal tracks made with my modular but somehow dont get very far. guitars and oscillators have almost nothing in common!

i like the moffenzeef modules approach, seems to be all arduino based, lofi wavetables etc. lofi samples are the key to full spectrum digital sounds, much better than virtual analog. also they have a button that is labeled "ruins everything" LOL

The top row is a patchbay. I took all of the 1/4" audio ins and outs (plus a few 1/4" expression inputs) from all of the pedals and wired them all into a patch bay. Everything is routed up there except for the bottom row of Trogotronic units, as they already have audio/cv ins and outs on their face.

That rack looks like a ton of fun!

This is my current euro system

I was wondering if the Dark Matter was getting any love in this sub-forum. Good to see it in a rack.
NARC NOISE
I have a Dark Matter as well, it seems to be a very noise-centric module...also, question for Infinty Curve....who produces the modules with the upside down triangle emblem? Those look quite interesting.

so what does it sound like? have the two of you considered that you might be twin brothers from another dimension? like ozzy and aimee? upside down triangle is the sign of the egyptian antichrist!

Listen to the releases on my bandcamp thumbs up

Have a couple split releases in the works right now

The upside down triangle modules are all ERD's, from the brilliant Martin Howse

Thank you! It was quite a bit of planning and meticulous measurements....the toughest part was getting all of the aluminum plates drilled out by hand.....I think if I had to do it again, I would have taken it to a CNC machine, but I managed not to screw any of the holes up.
