Serial Numbers

Post by Esample9 » Sat Mar 16, 2019 7:41 pm

The subject of serial numbers came up in another thread when I mentioned buying a Model 15. It is #147/150. If I had held out a little longer, I might have gotten the last one. That would have been cool. But then again, I purchased a SW 901 bank from a guy in CA. It had some tracking issues, so Gerhard offered to calibrate it for me. I sent it to him and he replied that it is Serial Number 001. How cool is that? Image

That's way cool. All my Serial # 001s are in my modular so if you've got a #002 from LWSS it's the first one released into the wild.

Then of course there are the One of a Kinds :sb:

for clones.. and rip offs.. :) there has never been so much stuff..
99% or the hardware I want is based on the 60s/70s/80s designs..and is not as well made.
