This looks killer, but their customer relations make it hard to support them again.

I’ve only had good experiences (only ever used their VSTs though). Enso seems cool but I’ll never use a looper like that s it isn’t for me.

I bought the iOS version today based on some of the YouTube demos out there. Will have to spend some time with it before getting a measure of what it’s capable of before commenting further.

I don't think the "customer database incompatible" thing really holds water for me - it would definitely be doable to give an option for previous plugin owners to migrate their ownership over. It might be more labour intensive than you'd like, but asking people to use a non-secure mirror of your original site to get the goods they paid for it a bit rich imo. The fact the drum machine just disappeared is a bit odd too.

yeah, it seems very hypocritical when he's happy to 'dis other companies. I've never had an issue with the modules nor the one plug-in I've owned. But it seems clear they dumped support for the modules, and don't seem to honour the warranty.
ah, the good ol' days:

Ah, I'm not sure what you are referring to.
I was speaking out of personal, direct interactions for one of the products I purchased that left me appalled.
Went online to investigate whether I was simply unlucky and had a bad experience with them, and I stumbled upon the thread about them not honoring the warranty for their Eurorack modules.
I don't own their modules, but the way Chris acted and replied to that showed the exact same kind of arrogance and lack of respect for his customers that I experienced first hand.

ive always liked the software for sure... how they handled the site changeover sucked. but it really was witnessing the handling of his euro stuff that stopped me from buying from audio damage products.

You know, I have no issue they stopped making euro or whatever.... but Chris’s general attitude and the trashtalk on social media was too much. He’s an asshole, full stop.

It’s a pity cause I’ve enjoyed some Audio Damage plugins over the years, but I literally won’t buy jackshit from them anymore (mac, iOS, etc). Their loss seriously, i just don't get it
