TouchOSC xy pad

Post by skweeegor » Tue Sep 14, 2010 4:17 pm

So I have a touchosc script going that works for faders, buttons, rotaries, but not the xy pad. I'm thinking this is because it sends two values - how would I specify in the script which axis does what?

This is the script I'm using:
registerOSCPathForParameterNormalized( "/3/xy", "Pitch LFO Depth" )

If I change the path to anything other than an xy pad, it works.

Try

registerOSCPathForParameterNormalized( "/3/xy", { "Pitch LFO Depth", "Some other parameter" } )

Success! Thank You

edit: X axis controlling pitch, Y axis controlling cutoff + silent way quantizer = awesome
