I'm am curious about this version of the 158 with the cv shape input:

The schematic without that option is easy to find. Does anybody have a schematic of this version, or some thoughts how its done.
It would be nice to have that option in de 158.

Thanks.
djs
The schematic here seems to show cv input next to the waveshape pot. I have no knowledge if this is correct or works:

diophantine
Yes, I believe this is only on the later non-discrete ones.
Also note the independent switches for internal/external frequency control.
djs
In looking at the schematics of the older version (158A), it doesn't seem like it would be very easy to do.

@djs the link says; i've no acces to the server. so I can't look into that at the moment.

@diophantine Allright didn't know this one from the picture was non-discrete...
And yes I think the independent switches is a lot easier
Peake
Yes, it's only the later 158 version with all the opamps.

Looks like his website is down.....but either way, it's the most recent version of the 158 circuit.

You can also see it here on the last page of the pdf:

Allright, thanks for the check. I not a fan of using those in the 158. I will have a look at the option whiteout them.
