Simple sine oscillator for bass drum/bongo sounds.
Waveform like a decaying sine, also good for modulating things on trigger.
Controls are impact (if replacing resistors with a pot) and harmonics/resonance.

Two CGS 18 drum simulator PCBs version 1.0 mounted behind a vintage PAIA panel. It works just fine on 9 volt bipolar power; didn't have to change any components for the voltage difference. The pots vary the harmonic content. When triggered with something like the Turing machine the four drum outputs sound great when mixed and panned. The black and white plugs just cover up holes in this re-purposed panel. Fun little module with good analog sound.
