Something to attenuate gate signal and more

Post by sleestack808 » Thu Mar 26, 2020 3:56 pm

I have an MC-4 (finally), Id like to get something that can attenuate the very strong gate and mpx signal.

Being able to mess with the shape of the trigger would be a plus.

Thanks

Manhattan Analog CVP might do ya. Offset, attenuversion, and glide.

Any attenuator will let you control the gate level. A slew limiter will let you mess with the shape of the trigger, especially one that allows independent control of the rise and fall times like the Ladik C-012.

I use my https://aisynthesis.com/product/eurorack-attenuator/ for these duties and for other attenuating, especially for my digital oscillators that don't have them.

It's a simple 2.5 switching attenuator in 2HP.
