I'm looking for a collection of interesting patch ideas..
Does anyone know something in the net?

I'm not very new in modular stuff and i know the very general patching techniques but i guess for new ideas and inspirations that would be very useful for me...

I bet the Nord fans have a bunch of stuff online. Download the free demo program and start downloading patches until you're sick of looking at a computer and go back to the blinky lights and wires.

there is that website that Bakis Sirros among others used to contribute to, with synth patches described and documented...? anyone remember the url?

there are loads of good books, most of the best ones are sadly out of print.

e.g. Electronic Music: Systems, Techniques, and Controls by Allen Strange, The Synthesizer box set by Roland etc.

have a look on ebay.

The second edition of the Allen Strange is a good one for ideas on patching for sure. I searched thru 49 pages of google to find a decent priced on e(under $100). Well worth it.

i have the 2nd edition too, from when mcgraw hill were still offering photocopy versions to non academic customers. i'd still like and original 2nd edition. my copy has notes scrawled all over it! no idea how different it is to the first edition.

cheers! it don't get much more descriptive than that!
