My trusty Rockerverb 50. I have other amps that are louder but this is the most dynamic amp I have ever played, and every gain setting on the dirty channel sounds amazing.

my next amp will be one of these beasts
I like the bass. The toms. The sound of the kick drums. I like my radio. Up and not low.

I don't really have space for amps (too many synths :hihi:) but last month I heard someone playing through a 'tiny terror' at a music store, and had a hard time walking away from it. That thing sounded huge.

There has been an Orange Rockerverb 50 combo on my local craigslist for awhile. Even though I really don't need another amp I can't help but open the listing every time I see it.

Wow! Awesome pics guys. I too am obsessed with Orange after trying a Rocker 50 a few weeks ago. have been eyeing the Thunder 30 as a cheaper alternative. Anyone one of those and can comment/compare with the Rocker 50?

I remember trying a rocker 30 and thunder and one other one and thought they were kinda meh, but the rockerverb 50 was GLORIOUS...

you really got to try them out together

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately that's not an option. Music store in town wants me to put money down to order one in and they say it will take 2 months for a Thunder 30! Ridiculous! Maybe I'll just buy a Thunder 30 of PGS.com, try it, if i dont like it sell it local or something.

My kids and their tiny little Orange Crush. Sounds pretty great for a tiny $80 amp.

What's a decent Orange tube amp that I can afford? I don't need the big cabinet and whatever, but I am in the market for a small-ish tube amp...
