rack mount processors. (new toy)

Post by D/A A/D » Sat Feb 07, 2009 7:13 pm

Just nabbed one of these on the super cheap:

Mine is dead mint however.

Really nice and simple, its been years since I had a dsp rack mount. I am loving the verbs, really nice for 90's digital. The stereo sounds are bomb as well.

I loved those when they came out. You can get that really nice metallic ring going on with the delays and such..

Kurzweil stuck the same processing from Digitech inside the K2X00 series though eventually added their own-developed higher end KDFX board to the newer models. It is seriously early-90s sounding for better or worse.

i love the boss Se-70... they are half rackers so I got a second one, to fill the hole! oddly enough, one unit constantly sounds better than the other one? could it be the cables? bad cables are the worst
