Urgent help needed: Plugging Doepfer in Asys case

Post by LDT » Mon Apr 20, 2009 8:50 am

Just got my Malekko Assmaster, but I have never plugged anything else than Asys into my asys cabinet. The PS has doepfer style connections (as well as Asys) but the plug coming from the Assmaster can be inserted in two ways. How do I know what is the right way?

(Geewizz, how hard can it be to make a plug that only is pluggable in one way?   )

Pin 1, at the top of the connector on the RS-15 backpanel, is: -12VDC. In almost every case, that is where the Red Stripe goes.

Check your module's owners manual to be certain.
