Ignore User Function
You can now choose to ignore users here if you find there are some who make posts that are constantly negative and unconstructive, or if you simply don't like them.
For example, Peter Grenader may choose to ignore every single person at this entire forum.
Although, I suppose he wouldn't need a special, shiny new phpBB button to do it!
For the rest of you who may be more selective in your desire to ignore, there's now a button with posts. Click it and posts from the user will be ignored. You can still choose to 'expand' an ignored post if you want to read it but still ignore the user. Additionally if a non-ignored user quotes the ignored user, you will see the quoted text anyway. So this isn't a perfect ignore implementation, but it works pretty well.
When pressing the button you also will see an option to visit your 'ignore page' which lists all the people you are ignoring and allows you to remove them from your ignore list if you want.
Thanks parasitk for a great suggestion!

I'd like to be able to auto-ignore any thread that has "tracking" in the title.
I apparently lack the self-control to do that on my own.

Maybe we need a "watch for" button too, so when a thread has a title like "Dirty Little Waveforms Do Each Other While You Watch!" I can be notified immeadiately!parasitk wrote:also: any thread discussing the purity of waveformsfelix wrote:I'd like to be able to auto-ignore any thread that has "tracking" in the title.
