Reconsidering LFO / DC mixer.

Post by oljud » Sun Dec 11, 2011 3:51 pm

As some of you may have seen I offered my LFO / DC mixer for trade for some other Bug stuff. I'm not a big fan of lfo's and it didn't see very much use. KNYST and Ekofisk to the rescue! Of course, it's not meant as a boring LFO. It's meant for fun rhythmic stuff. So I made a patch with the lfo, env and Bugcrusher in s&h-mode, all controlling each other and the two osc's and filter. The ring mod is a big player too, feeding back into itself via the DC-mixer Lots of feedback as usual for me :-)

It turned out to be a fun jam and some nice variation from the noise/drone I usually make.

Disclaimer: I have brain damage that makes my brain accept almost anything as in beat, albeit very syncopated. This is pushing it some of the time.
Also it's somewhat long and incoherent. It's just a jam :-)

edit: horrible horrible typo

Yeah, that's what I tell myself!

Yeah. Thanks for helping out :-)

Still, if I could snag a pt delay I wouldn't hesitate... ;-)

Done some more considering :-D

It starts out slightly boring, but then I got the feel of it and freaked out with the CTL2.

:-)

Yeah, I'm not so happy with the first part. I didn't feel like editing it out though, and the later takes didn't really get there.
