he even had a mill made out of foam core(!), with a kit coming soon. sub $200 pcb mill, wow.

I looked at the YUDO thing - the problem is the screens are only 110 threads per inch. For good looking panels, you'll want at least 300. 110 is great for tee shirts though...
Eat better, get some exercise, take care of yourself - trust me on this.
