hi, I don't know the size but I did find sometimes using the screws supplied from Wiard that some modules seemed a little loose - but by the time all 4 go in and all the modules go in they get firmer.
Key Gear: Wiard 300 Series, EMS VCS3, Frac Modular (Blacet, Wiard, Bananalogue & Synthesis Technology).

Related to this topic: does anyone know of any rails I can get to put into a 19" rack to mount my 300 modules?

unless you can get hold of one of the rack frames wiard made or diy something or have something made for you, no. there aren't any off the shelf solutions i'm aware of.

Thanks for your replies
There are actually 2 different sizes
If you loosen the rack ear screws and rotate the rails !80 degrees you have another screw size option
