Sequantizer

Post by Pascal » Sat Apr 07, 2012 5:55 am

I am surely missing something here but here it goes: Sequantizer has seperate gate outputs for each step but how do you combine them to trigger a single vco like the waveform city :hmm:

i'm presuming you want to trigger the vco each time the sequantizer steps?

if so, i'd be inclined to use whatever i was clocking the sequantizer with to trigger the vco as well.

from the manual...
These eight output jacks go "high" whenever
the respective sequence stage is current.
These jacks are diode-isolated, so several
outputs can be simultaneously connected
(using the Multiple jacks) for pulse programming.

hi, yes, as said, I clock usually via an LFO and use the LFO to then trigger say an envelator, the envelator to the filter mod and/or z mod of the Mixolator for the standard monosynth type patch.

I use the gate outs from the sequantiser to perhaps add emphasis in a sequence

:guinness:

A handful of TipTop stackables would be great for this.
