I have been interested in this module since it came out.
My question who well does it reproduce audio from the card
I really don't much about sample rates when it comes to this.
I'd like to use it for field recordings to studio quality sounds

thanks

It plays back mono 22khz samples only I believe

That's half resolution of cd quality. So not hi fi but that's the charm

Sounds a lot better than the specs might suggest.

I'm using one extensively and the sound is good compared to the 8 bit alternative A112. The moment you start modulation, you'll get some artifacts, but it's a normal thing.

The conversion and renaming of the files is a bit of work, but with 72 samples per card you can do a lot. I went to by plenty of SD cards and love using the random playback mode. I use same samples on different cards, which have a different ratio between the sample types. Then statistics start playing a game in what comes out of it.

Regards,
Björn
