"Mostly Modular" trade group

Post by metasonix » Sun Jun 03, 2012 7:49 pm

http://www.mostlymodular.com/

Why is it that I'm just now finding out about this?

And PS: twelve years ago, I was telling modular-synth builders to start a specialist trade group. They ignored me. (Ask Schreiber, he'll vouch for me talking about it at the 2001 NAMM.)

If Eardrill is "Pacific Northwest", then I'm more "Pacific Northwest-y" than he is.
Because if not mistaken, I'm 120 miles north of Eardrill.....

Back in April James said that it started out a year or so ago as a group of PNW manufacturers pooling resources, but it's expanded and now open to all manufacturers.

I wonder if a lowly cabinet manufacturer would be welcome into this esteemed group? :hmm:

Sorry Eric. I thought you knew about our little rag-tag team of hermits.

Or, maybe, it's our raggy tag-team of hermits....

IDK, we started out locally and somehow, it just exploded.

Not a chance!

If they let you in, they'll have to let me in ... and they gotta have some standards, right?
