Plague Bearer MOTM Style! (new pictures added 07-12-2010

Post by JohnLRice » Fri Sep 18, 2009 5:16 pm

I finally got around to making a panel for my bare bones Plague Bearer! I wish I would have put some tick marks around the controls but, I was trying to make this a inexpensive extravagance! 8_) I'll post more construction pics here as I build this out. I'll probably post the demo, when ever I get around to it, in the 5U forum though so dem 5U'ers can gets some exposure to da 'Plague'! :tu:

Here is the FPE file in case anyone wants to do their own. I basically just 'stole' the Oakley Equinox phaser panel and relabeled it!

One small problem: You need at least 2 of 'em in any given system! 8_)

OK, I finally finished my build. And it works, although I'm not sure if it's working completely correct or not. I'll have to investigate when I have more time next month.

Since the panel design is pretty plain, I gave it a special knob job for fun! :lick:

Wow nice knob job! Are the middle two the standard 3/4 and 1" ones? Mind sharing the part # for the big one?

Thanks! The bracket is from stuff I had laying around. The main bracket is the unused lid off of a little Radio Shack project box. I bent it at 90 degrees and then used 2 little angle brackets that were from my PAiA modules I beleive! :woah: 8_)

DATS RIGHT! A synth module is greater than the sum of its parts so the greater the parts cost the greater the sum! :hyper: :hmm:
