Excellent taste, sir!
1910CS and 1913BW, my favourites!

How wide is the panel?
How close are the jacks to each other (vertically and horizontally)?
I'm wondering if the holes could be enlarged for banana sockets...

It's 14hp wide. The jacks are 11.18mm apart horizontally and the rows are 14mm apart vertically.

Excellent!! :sb:
Love the new additions.

Could the distance between the knobs and upper jacks be slightly wider? Say 3-4mm extra? Looks slightly tight to turn a knob when it's fully patched.
This would make it somewhat tighter between the knobs of course. The two big knobs need to stay where they are naturally, but the second row of knobs could perhaps move up a little.
Just a thought
Much easier when you have the real thing in front of you, so you know best! :tu:

And mine. :goo:

I've lived with this thing on my desk for a couple of weeks now and nothing's jumping out at me to change. I think I'm ready to proceed.

I've just about wrapped up that little CP3 project that spun off of this one, so that's good. Next up is a bit of work on the Miss10 stuff to coincide with Mike's PCB runs, but that work is mostly already done so it shouldn't take me too long. This is next.

Sounds great, Jason!

I'm in for a PCB/panel for sure. :tu:

What about a single feedback input instead of full VC resonance? Is that three inputs on your panel? Maybe I could steal one of those on my own, without any changes to the pcb or panel.

Something like the A-108: http://www.doepfer.de/a108.htm

I really want to build a DIY multimode filter, and this one sounds fantastic. But resonance control of some sort is just something I miss on a couple modules already.

Actually patching into feedback loop is even cooler, even if it requires more setup. You can get some really cool sounds going with more than a VCA. Delays and reverbs are great.

:hihi:

There are a lot of reasons not to mess with that in this design, including the fact that the resonance is really sensitive to changes in the circuit and it's easy to lose the magic.

I do agree that an external feedback loop is a ton of fun...

I'd definitely be interested in a pcb/panel once this gets made. Great sounding filter indeed.
