What exactly does the final output do on the .mix?

What exactly does the final output do on the .mix?

I have 2 STG .mix modules and I really like them. I'm fairly new and my time has been limited with my modular, way more than I'd like to try things and test things. Anyway ... Had a quick search and not found an answer.

What exactly does the final pot on the .mix do? Positive and negative pot that is? Does it invert if it goes negative. I don't have an oscilloscope to check.

Just responding in case anyone else stumbles across this thread and wants to know. It does exactly what OP suggested - inverting the output signal.

It's shown quite nicely on an oscilloscope in this demo:
